Jahir Borgo-Christian
Jahir Borgo-Christian is a New York City based actor.
Originally from Concord, North Carolina, they began their acting education at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in their High School Drama Program. After-which, they went off to obtain their B.A. in Theatre Arts at the University of Pittsburgh.
While in Pittsburgh, Jahir worked with many notable companies in the greater Pittsburgh area including: City Theatre, 12 Peers Theatre, Bricolage Theatre, and many more.
After moving to New York City, Jahir began building a larger repitoire of work including film and new media, all the while staying true to their theatrical routes. Most recently they appeared in the production of God’s Favorite at the New York Theatre Festival where they were nominated for Best Actor in a Play. Shortly after God’s Favorite, they appeared in the Heights Players’ production of Arcadia as Bernard.
